We build in enough time to beat LA traffic — our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time to load in, set up, test lighting, and do a run-through before your first guest ever steps up to the booth. Setup takes about 30–45 minutes depending on the booth and add-ons.
Los Angeles is within our standard service area, so most LA locations carry no travel fee. Venues with limited load-in access, freight elevators, or valet-only parking — common at some downtown and hotel venues — are worth flagging when you book so we can plan around them.
